> Static, read-only JSON. No authentication, no API key, no OAuth. CORS open. Versioned under /api/v1/.

## Errors and limits

Errors are JSON: `{"type","title","status","message","retry_hint"}`. Requests are rate limited per client IP
(10 requests/second with a burst of 40); a 429 carries `Retry-After`.
